Can priorities shift month to month?
Yes. Markets move, campaigns hit or miss, and your business has seasons. We reset priorities at the start of every S.Q.U.I.D. based on what matters now, and we can break cadence early when the business requires it.
Is ad spend included in the pricing?
No. Our fees cover strategy, management, and execution. Ad spend is a separate budget you control directly. We tell you exactly what to allocate and why.
Are there additional fees beyond what is outlined here?
Only two common ones: standalone projects, such as a new website or video shoot, are scoped separately, and ad spend above $5,000 per month on a single platform adds management cost above that threshold.
Do you actually use AI or is that just marketing?
We built INK into the core of how we operate: research, content, campaign analysis, competitive monitoring, and reporting depth. It is infrastructure, not a shortcut.
What does reporting look like?
